3 lbs LOST!

I don't know what to say. Its Monday I got on the scale and I have lost 3 lbs. The only thing that I have been doing is trying not to eat as much if I could find some type of exercise to do on a consistant basis I could really have something. So this morning a bottle of water and oatmeal!

On the road to dropping these lbs!
